Enoki Mushroom Prevents Cancer

I have been told by my friend that Enoki Mushroom can prevents cancer.I like to eat this mushroom .It said that Research done by Singapore U shows that eating this mushroom can destroy 95% of cancer cells in our body by boosting our immune system.
This mushroom is most frequently taken with steam boat. Cooking time should be less than 3 minutes, or the healing property would greatly diminish.

Salad

Do you like to eat salad ? I like it. Sometimes I go to Pizza Hut to eat salad. And I have a funny picture . It told us how they took salad as much as they can at Pizza Hut. When I saw this picture I laugh for a while..yeah..it is really funny. But I won't follow it.

I saw at others blog , Google is updating blogs. I see my blogs is still same, nothing changes. And about this blog , I seldom blog ...so I think I have no any rank in this one. ha..ha..

Updating PageRank is very confusing me all the times , some times I think I have done a lot of SEO , and it must have a good result on my blogs ...but it is not..but at my others blog , which I am not put my all attention...there is a raise...so...it is confusing..right ?

Hot Weather

Today the weather is very hot. And I went out with my sister this morning. We went to temple for pray and learning Buddha's teaching. When I arrived at home , it was evening. I made a glass of orange juice with ice. It is nice to drink orange juice at hot weather.

When I was shopping last week ago, I saw a nice jeans. It is slim fit , I like it very much. But it is quite expensive too. It is good brand ...I have been thought for 15 minutes. At last I tried it and bought it too.ha..ha..But my budget for cloths is limit for this month.

Yesterday my friend came to visit me . I have not seen her for a long time. She is my close friend when we were at high school. She bought me a new shirt ( Esprit ) , she knows I like to wear this brand. so she gives me as a gift. ha..ha.. it is so nice have a good friend.

Sunday
