I like to drink Chrysanthemum tea , according to the wikipedia ,Chrysanthemum tea is a flower-based tisane made from chrysanthemum flowers of the species Chrysanthemum morifolium or Chrysanthemum indicum, which are most popular in East Asia.
When the weather is very hot and we feel not nice or dry at our throat, it is very good to drink this tea.
Just add this tea with hot water ( like make Chinese tea ) and we can add sugar if we like, most of them will add rock sugar in it. I like the taste and it is very nice..
