I seldom write about health in this blog , I just realised it...so I make a post about health in here. This is time I focus about health food and sugar. As we all know that nowadays peoples more care about health food and for my thinking...it is nice to discuss it. Today I see a health article on Yahoo health..it said that :
"According to its publicist, sugar is a health food. After all, it contains zero fat, provides instant energy, and makes almost any food taste better"
Well..I think makes any food taste better is true but it contains zero fat is not true..right ? and I quickly look at the following sentence again

Yeah..it is right, there are a lot of food contain sugar, like bread , milk and others food. So nowadays I less eat that kind of food..try to eat much cereal , vegetables and brown rice.
