Green Tea

I like to drink green tea..it is very nice for me to drink it at evening time. Drink green tea is good for our body too cause it contain antioxidant. But it will better for us to drink it after meal.
According to wikipedia site that "Over the last few decades green tea has been subjected to many scientific and medical studies to determine the extent of its long-purported health benefits, with some evidence suggesting regular green tea drinkers may have lower chances of heart disease and developing certain types of cancer. Green tea has also been claimed useful for weight loss management."

Last week when I went to shopping Mal with my friends , we saw a little difference at there. The place like more quite and less people. That time was Sunday but it is like the working office time ha..ha..Suddenly I realize ..it is because of economic crisis. Yeah..it have been start at any where and a lot of people loss their jobs cause of that.
Talking about quite on business and loss jobs , I see that a lot of people now looking at the internet business as a nice future. At internet we can advertise our business and it will be seen at all places in this world. This is amazing..right ? By doing advertise on internet , our business can still going on and looked at people at very far places too. And we do not worried about the fees too..cause it is quite cheap if we compare it with our traditional advertise.
It is my thought about advertise on the net after I heard from my friends and have a search on internet. And now I saw there is a great ways too for advertise on blogs. Yeah..right..nowadays almost all people know about blogs and like to see it. I have a few blogs too and it is very nice to share my thinking with others. So it must be great if the advertiser to advertise their business on the blogs cause a lot of people like to see it. It is a great marketing strategy on blogs , I am very agree of this one.

Rainy Day

This morning when I woke up , I saw the sky very cloudy. Cause I stay at apartment I can see very clearly the sky and sea. New year celebration has passed , today is the last day of my holiday.
