Corn Scallop Porridge

Tonight I started to make a posting at this blog again , just feeling confused , what should I blog this time... may be a recipe...yea.. I like cooking, of course, it is . Okay today I cooked porridge. It is not same as usually we eat , I named it corn scallop porridge.
It is a simple cooking, and it likes usually hongkong porridge, but I add corn and scallop in it. First , put about one cup ( about 200 ml ) of rice and dried scallop in a pan . Add water about 1000 ml in it. Boil the water , with rice and scallop , wait till it boil , then , put a small fire ( heat ) , and continue cooked it . Don't used the pan cover , make it open. Cooked it slowly and stir it slowly few times. After 20 minutes put the steam corn in it , and stir it slowly, add salt in it. Let it cooked more times, till you see it becomes porridge , and then add pepper in it . So the porridge is ready to serve.

Where is Happiness ?

Today I read a Buddhism magazine. It is very interesting, it asked us, where and when is our happiness ? At our past....our future...or now ? yeah..I always have this question too, sometimes I missed about our past sweet memories and by that time, I feel..I wish can go back again at that time, it would be very nice, but the more I thinking , the more suffering I get.
If I thinking about future, always have some worries...and it is suffering too. So when we have peace, happy time ? The answer is Now, life at now, don't think too much about our past or worry at our future. Feel the happiness at now, happy what we are now, and feel enough. It is very nice advice I get...
