Working Days

Had been busy for these days make me not update my blog. Now I log in and feel want to make a post , but still don't have any idea what to post ha.ha..ha..so I will write what is my planning for today. Actually not much I can share , just working and opening my email and check other updates news from friends and others community that I have joined it.

Red Bean Soup

I like to eat red bean soup. It is a very simple cooking but need a couple time to make it quite soft and nice to eat. I usually use slow cooker to cook it. After one or two hours , it can be done, just put sugar in it. If you like , you can put a little salt in it. When we want to eat , put a little coconut milk in this soup..nice..you should try it too.

Nice Weather and Great View

Sitting in front of my notebook , looking at the view of my window...so nice. I always like to see the view at my apartment. I can see the sea and the city...now the weather quite nice with a little cloudy after have a heavy rain. My decision to stay at apartment and choose this place is right. It makes me feel nice when working cause most of my time is working at home with internet online.

ARSENIC

I always read this " ARSENIC " words when I read a detective book. I like to read detective novel very much...but now I have not enough time to read it at my daily times. It is because I am working and less time to read books. But I always do it when I have enough time.
But what is arsenic ? Today I see an article talking about arsenic. It said that Arsenic (As) is a silver-gray metal that gained much of its notoriety because of its historical use as a human poison (approximately 70 to 180 milligrams of arsenic is fatal to an adult). Arsenic is present in the earth's crust at an average concentration of 2 to 5 mg/kg, with low levels commonly found in the air, water, and soil. In the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, arsenic was used as a preservative in animal hides, and as an ingredient in pigments, dyes, glass, pharmaceuticals, and pesticides.
