Wikipedia site

Since now I am interesting in silver sterling , I try to search on net , what is silver , sterling silver 925 , tibet silver and others similar name like this. And I feel great, all I want to know ...I get it at wikipedia site. It is really , a very helpful site and the information is very great.

How do you think, about this necklace ? I like it very much , I bought it , and I sell too, at my online shopping shop. It is a sterling silver 925 , the colour is very shining , looks very nice if you wear it with a black dress. hehehe
Since I am open online shopping.. I bought lots of things too, but it is really nice.

Family Time

Today is my sister's birthday... we went to a Chinese restaurant.. and celebrate at there. It is nice.. the food , but for me the importance , is not only with the food...but the weather, means that family times, all family together sit down and have a lunch together, it is really great in family living.

Corn Scallop Porridge

Tonight I started to make a posting at this blog again , just feeling confused , what should I blog this time... may be a recipe...yea.. I like cooking, of course, it is . Okay today I cooked porridge. It is not same as usually we eat , I named it corn scallop porridge.
It is a simple cooking, and it likes usually hongkong porridge, but I add corn and scallop in it. First , put about one cup ( about 200 ml ) of rice and dried scallop in a pan . Add water about 1000 ml in it. Boil the water , with rice and scallop , wait till it boil , then , put a small fire ( heat ) , and continue cooked it . Don't used the pan cover , make it open. Cooked it slowly and stir it slowly few times. After 20 minutes put the steam corn in it , and stir it slowly, add salt in it. Let it cooked more times, till you see it becomes porridge , and then add pepper in it . So the porridge is ready to serve.

Where is Happiness ?

Today I read a Buddhism magazine. It is very interesting, it asked us, where and when is our happiness ? At our past....our future...or now ? yeah..I always have this question too, sometimes I missed about our past sweet memories and by that time, I feel..I wish can go back again at that time, it would be very nice, but the more I thinking , the more suffering I get.
If I thinking about future, always have some worries...and it is suffering too. So when we have peace, happy time ? The answer is Now, life at now, don't think too much about our past or worry at our future. Feel the happiness at now, happy what we are now, and feel enough. It is very nice advice I get...

Stick Rice

Today I cooked Chinese stick rice..fried stick rice with eggs and vegetables. I like it , cause it is nice, easy and simple to cook it. I forget I have been blog about stick rice or not at this blog, but this time I cook the stick rice is the fresh one, not dried like sell at the supermarket. If you like, you can easily too make a stick rice soup . Boil the water, stick rice , the vegetables, and the sea food if you like in it. But the sea food , you must to stir fried it before with a little oil and garlic. Next time I will take a picture and show it to you all.

Today I start to blog again after had celebration new year with my family. But in this post I am not going to blog about new year, I want to share to you, that I just read an article on Yahoo health, it say that there have 5 Bogus Diets That Will Do More Harm Than Good. And when I first start to see what is it, I am surprised that I found cabbage is one of them too......I love to eat cabbage, cook as soup or stir fry too. It said that :

Unfortunately, in this eternal struggle to be thin and healthy, people end up looking for salvation in all the wrong places. 1. The Cabbage Soup Diet

The title is self explanatory: the dieter's survival is based on a constant intake of cabbage soup. Even on the Cabbage Soup Diet website, red flags are evident. The first being the opening words on the homepage, warning that the diet should not be used long term and that followers of the Cabbage Soup Diet have felt light-headed, weak, and have suffered a lack in concentration. The second red flag appears in the suggested seven day menu. Each day, the dieter is instructed to "stuff themselves" with a different food group. How about a little "moderation?" The third warning lies in the "Health" section of the website, warning the dieter that the diet lacks "complex carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, and minerals," all of which are necessary for your body to function properly.
