Reasons to Drink coffee

Tonight I saw a exciting article at yahoo health news, it is about drink coffee. For me personally I didn't drink coffee. It is not because I don't like but I always have problems on my stomach if I drunk it. That's why I never want to drink it. But honestly the smell taste of coffee is very nice.
I heard that drink coffee too much is not good for our health, but today I see that there are 9 reasons to drink more coffee.

6.It makes cardio feel like a cinch

I also see that drinks not more than 2 cups a day .
