I just looking a health article and I am so excited to see it. It is about top food for burning fat. I know many of us like to know it , me too. Who don’t like have a slimming body ? I found it that broccoli , carrot, apple, salmon , lemon , chili , garlic, ginger, mustard. It is nice , cause all these is my favorite one. Almost every day I cook with garlic and ginger. And chili is my daily food too cause we are live in Indonesia which have a lot of chili.
